Counselling is a way to enable people to move on with their lives by being able to discuss your issues in a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental way. It is about enabling you to make the right choices for you - not about "telling you what to do".
Depending on what you wish to work through, typically between six and twelve session are required. For much deeper matters or multiple issues, more sessions can be beneficial.
Counselling is usually done face to face however in a world where sometimes people really cannot make firm appointments (members of the emergency services and forces for example), counselling by telephone or even email is possible.
Fees are shown on the contact page but if finances are an issue and you are on benefit, then concessions are available depending on your circumstances.
Although many of my clients have been fairly conventional in their lifestyle choices, some people might be interested to know that I am a very non judgemental professional even if your lifestyle choices are very unconventional.
