Counselling provides you with a supportive, non judgemental and confidential environment to enable you to explore any emotional, psychological or day to day living problems you may be encountering.
It's an opportunity for you to identify your own strengths and capabilities in a safe, holding environment. It may also be a chance to look at issues that are impacting on your relationships and open other avenues of exploration so you can see alternative ways to live your life in a way that potentially could be more fulfilling and rewarding.
I will not make decisions for you, neither will I impose my opinions on you, but what I do offer is respect and time for you to look at things from a different perspective by working with you in an integrative way.
I don't believe that any one way of working therapeutically, is the best way, therefore I utilise aspects of different and varied theories to blend together one that suits you as an individual and more specifically, your needs.
